Simply Renovation are passionate about the environment, sustainability and design. We have been in the property maintenance and services industry for over 20 years. We are members of the Gas safe register and provide property renovation and maintenance services throughout Southeast London and Kent.

At Simply Renovation customer service and the environment are at the forefront of our philosophy. We are not happy unless both our client and the environment are happy.
With energy and material prices on the rise we are constantlylooking for ways to improve the design and effeciency of your home.
Simply Renovation look to renovate and repair where ever possible, because this is the most environmentally freindly way and reduces costs and resources. But, we are realistic and understand that due to personal taste complete renovation maybe the only option.

Our vision is to provide an excellent and honest service from quotation to completion, in the most sustainable way acheivable. We strive to be as carbon neutral as possible.
We have found maintenance on previously installed work can be an issue due to most companies focusing on design over function. At Simply Renovation, although design is extremely important to us, we believe function and maintenance is just as important. That's why we recommend designing with future maintenance in mind.
